If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable Canadian laws, including federal and provincial consumer protection, contract, privacy, and electronic commerce laws, to the extent such laws apply to our services and to the extent that they are not displaced by mandatory laws of another jurisdiction.

Any specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, service limitations, or special terms will be set out in a quote, invoice, booking confirmation, email, or other written communication from Mountain West Detailing. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
By using our website or services, you agree that you will:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information when contacting us or requesting services;
- Promptly notify us of any changes to your contact information, service needs, or booking details;

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any vehicles, items, or information you provide are lawful to possess, transport, inspect, or discuss, and that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to request our services.
4. Payment Terms and Conditions
All pricing is subject to change at any time prior to confirmation of a booking or acceptance of a written quote. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Canadian dollars or U.S. dollars as specified in the applicable quote, invoice, or booking confirmation.
- Payment terms, deposit requirements, and due dates will be stated in the relevant quote or invoice;
- Deposits, if required, may be non-refundable except where prohibited by law or expressly stated otherwise;
- Outstanding balances must be paid by the deadline stated on the invoice or booking confirmation;
- Late or failed payments may result in cancellation or suspension of services and any lawful collection efforts;
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes, charges, processing fees, or bank fees unless prohibited by law.
Mountain West Detailing may require advance payment, partial payment, or full payment before providing consulting services. We may also require additional payment if the scope of work changes after a booking is confirmed.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made by contacting Mountain West Detailing as soon as possible by email or phone. Any cancellation policy stated in a quote, invoice, booking confirmation, or written agreement will control in the event of a conflict.
- If you cancel before services begin, any refund, if available, will depend on the amount of work already performed, non-refundable deposits, and any third-party costs incurred;
- If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation or otherwise do not cooperate in providing necessary information, we may treat the booking as cancelled and retain any non-refundable amounts permitted by law;
- Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law;
- Where a refund is approved, it may be issued using the original payment method or another reasonable method selected by Mountain West Detailing.
If a refund right is required by applicable consumer protection law, nothing in these Terms limits that right. Some services may be non-refundable once delivered, commenced, or substantially completed.
6. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mountain West Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of business, reputational harm, or interruption of operations, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the services, website, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mountain West Detailing for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or such other amount as may be required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for gross negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or any statutory rights that cannot be waived.
